About Me
A Life of Photography
I fell in love with photography when I was in high school in the mid seventies. It’s all I have ever wanted to do. In 1980 I graduated from The Brookes Institute of Photography and set out on my life’s work as a photographer.
Since then I have literally traveled around the world working as a photographer. I have photographed presidents, movie stars, athletes, astronauts, test pilots, world famous surgeons and thousands of just everyday people. My work has been published in newspapers around the world, and in Time, News Week, Life, National Geographic and Aviation Week magazines. I have been a staff or contract photographer for Xerox, ITT, NASA, McDonnell Douglas/Boeing, Tenet Healthcare, Centinela Hospital, Good Samaritan Hospital and Keck Hospital of USC.
My video and audio work has run on every major US television network. My freelance client list includes ABC/Disney, Warner Brothers, Channel 9 Australia and Triumph Aerospace.
After almost 40 years of corporate photography, the last 25 plus doing medical photography and video, it’s time to let the creative side of my brain have a little room to play. I have always loved shooting photographs of people and specifically portraits. So, now that the boys are out of sports and college I now have the time and resources to do what I love so much by reopening my home photo studio to shoot portraits and headshots on a part time basis.
I am available evenings and weekends on a very limited basis. I will be shooting studio and location portrait/headshot sessions by appointment only. If you like what you see in my galleries and are interested in scheduling a shoot please click on the schedule a shoot link on my home page. I will get back to you ASAP.
Thank you for visiting my website.
